SIDN, the register of all .NL domain names, does not allow a PO Box address to be used in the WHOIS data of a .NL domain name. This applies to the holder data, the administrative contact, and the technical cntact of .NL domains.
If you order a .NL domain name from TransIP and use a PO Box address, your domain registration application will be rejected. You can solve this by changing the address details of your request in your control panel:
Within your control panel, go to 'Domain & Hosting' and select your domain name on the left (do not check the box). Then click 'Retry with other contacts' on he right.
Now check the three different contact details to see whether a PO box is entered and change it to a physical address. Finally, click 'Save' to reapply for your domain registration wit the new contact details.
If a domain registration fails and is requested again, we will of course only charge you once. You only pay when the domain registration has been successfully completed. Any costs incurred for a duplicate or failed order will be automatically refunded.
