    Requesting a copy of an invoice

    You can find all your invoices inside your control panel. In this article we will explain how to download, print and email your invoices.


    Download, print and email your invoices

    Step 1

    Log on to your control panel and click on your user name in the top right corner. Next, click on 'My Account'.



    Step 2

    Head to the tab 'Invoices' to view all the invoices in your account with TransIP.

    You will see an overview of your unpaid and processed invoices. Below each invoice number are the buttons 'Mail' and 'Download'.

    When you click 'Mail', you will be able to enter an email address to which the invoice will be sent.

    When you click 'Download', the invoice will be downloaded as a PDF. By opening the PDF document you can print out the invoice using your PDF reader.


    Where are my invoices sent to?

    Every invoice that is created, is sent to the administrative email address that's configured in your control panel. Take note that you can change this email address at any given moment, but only newly created invoices will use this email address.

    Besides invoices, the administrative email address is also used to send propositions and possible payment reminders. 

    To change the administrative email address, you will first need to log on to your control panel. Next, click on your user name in the top right corner, followed by 'My Account'.

    You can find the adminstrative email address below 'Account Details'. Don't forget to click 'Save' after changing the administrative email address.

    Below 'Email Address' you can see the main email address for your account. This email address is used for all the other communication with TransIP. It is also used for resetting your account credentials. For that reason, you need to enter the password to your account if you wish to change this email address.

    Take note: Because of safety precautions, we do not share confidential information via email. We have no way of verifying the rightful owner of said information this way.
