On the 1st of september 2019 cPanel has implemented a change in their licensing model, where licensing costs are calculated based on the number of cPanel accounts on a cPanel/WHM server. This change will only be implemented on the 1st of January 2020 for cPanel installations at TransIP.
Because of this change in the license model, you may prefer migrating your cPanel/WHM VPS to a Plesk or DirectAdmin VPS. Both offer guides on how to do so, which can be found at:
